To further his career, Russell Todd Crawford earned a bachelor of international relations from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, a master of professional counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, and a master of education with a concentration in psychology from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
